About Celeste

I'm a research and knowledge professional with more than fifteen years of experience turning complex information into clear, reliable insight. Whether the source is a company's disclosures, a body of academic literature, or conflicting data, the work is the same: find what matters, judge how far to trust it, organize it so others can use it, and write it up plainly.

That work began in libraries and information science, and it has run through every role since, most recently spending more than a decade in sustainable investment and corporate governance research at firms including Impax Asset Management and MSCI. What has stayed constant is the craft underneath: rigorous research, careful judgment, and clear writing. It's a skill set that travels well beyond any single field, and it's what I bring to the questions an organization most needs answered. Curious, reliable, and methodical by nature, I tend to see the potential problem early, and to keep the kind of records that make the answer easy to find again.

A dual UK/US citizen, I'm authorized to work in both the UK and the US.
